Hand-written notes made by Ella REED Tobey, state that Samuel Reed married Catherine Browning, then moved to Ohio. in 1834 they bought land in Greenville, Dark County. They died there. Samuel died in 1848 at 68 yoa, Catherine died in 1862 at 71 yoa.

He may have died in 1868, instead of 1848??
