The Samuel Patrick of Oakland and (Port Austin) Huron counties, Michigan was the son of Franklin and Deborah (Starr) Patrick. This Samuel's wife was named Emily Helen Layton. There is no evidence she is Emily Green.

All Patricks found are being collected, hoping to someday sort this family out.
