    Will of "Samuel Morse of Natick ... yeoman being far advanced in life and infirm in health", dated 20 Jan 1830, proved 29 Jun 1830, names "my children, to wit, Isaac Morse, Ephraim Morse, Samuel Morse, Ruel Morse, Rufus Morse, George Morse, Martin Morse, Vina Bacon wife of John Bacon, Olive Haynes wife of Jerre Haynes, Betsey Perry widow of the late David Perry deceased, and Fanny David wife of Charles Davis", residue to son George Morse for use and benefit of "my unfortunate daughter Nabby Morse", any surplus to be equally divided at her decease.
    18 May 1830: Heirs cited to consider proving of will.
    Undated: "It being inconvenient for me to take the trust of Executor to my late Father Sam'l Morse's will, I hereby decline the same & request that my brother Rufus Morse may be appointed", signed by Ephraim Morse.
