Yeoman", dated 1 Jan 1759, filed 18 Sep 1759, proved 5 Jan 1760, names "my four Children viz't: Joseph Miller Samuel Miller Ju'r Mary Hall and Elizabeth Hamand[?]", references deed with son Samuel Miller dated 26 Aug 1749 recorded Liber 28 page 179 providing for maintenance "for my self and my Beloved Elizabeth During the Term of Each of our natural Lives". Son Joseph Miller to be executor.
