    At his residence in Higginsville, N. Y., on Fifth-day, Jan. 21, 1889, of paralysis, Samuel P. Marsh, Esq., in the 86th year of his age.
    Brother Marsh was born in Brookfield, N. Y., February 26, 1803. He had been confined to his bed from the effects of paralysis for sixteen months previous to his death. He was a Christian man and a Sabbath-keeper, although not a member of any local church at the time of his death. Funeral services were held at his residence on the Sabbath following his death, and his remains were laid away in the cemetery at Verona Mills.
