Facts and Events
By 1968, SAMUEL's great-great-granddaughter, Dorothy Lower had reached the end of her research into her roots. It was at this point that she thought our mutual LOWER families in Tuscarawas County, Ohio might be connected. Despite the seemingly likelyhood in 1968, this did NOT prove to be the case.

On the contrary! Later in 2014, this compiler found that his line of Lowers were CONNECTED after all! A "Hirstein Lower" of Samuel's family, married a Regula in Tuscarawas County, who was related to the Daniel Lower (1792-1876) line of Palatines! So "WeRelate"!
