    Samuel Locke, s/o Ebenezer Locke and 2nd wife Hannah Meads, b. 24 Aug 1702, d. Lancaster 13 Apr 1775, m. 2 Mar 1730 Rebeckah Richardson. Inherited the homestead from his father, sold it in 1741 to Samuel Wyman, and moved to Lancaster, kept a public house there.
