    Page 49—23 January, 1717-18: The Adms. exhibited now an account of their Adms. Accepted. Order to dist. the estate as followeth: To the widow, Sarah Kellogg, 1-3 part of the personal estate to be her own forever, and 1-3 part of the real estate during her natural life; and to the eldest son his double share of sd. estate; and to the rest of the children their single shares. And appoint Thomas Judd, John Merrells and Abraham Merrells, distributors. This Court appoint Sarah Kellogg, widow, to be guardian unto Jacob Kellogg, 19 years of age, Benjamin 16, Joseph 14, and Daniel 11 years, sons of Samuel Kellogg decd.
