Samuel Jones, s/o Samuel Jones and Susannah Johnson of Woburn, b. 1726, d. 23 Jan 1797, m. (1) 1748 Mehitable Brigham of Marlboro, m. (2) Dorothy Whitcomb. Children by both wives. Known as "Land'ord" Jones, built a tavern known as "Jones Inn". Attended the church in Bolton because of his antipathy toward Pastor Goss in Berlin.
