Widow to retain one third; to Moses Parmelia & Samuel the children of Jesse Gilbert the eldest son a double share with Moses getting a double portion of that; to Eunice Gilbert; to Prudence Gilbert; to Cornelius Gilbert and to Oliver Gilbert.

Assent by Aaron Gilbert, Isaac Nickols agent to the hiers of Jessee Gilbert Elias Gilbert Cornelius Gilbert & Prudence Olds, Olive Goulding, Joseph Goulding.
