    6 Sep 1779: Account of Anna Gilbert & Aaron Gilbert adm'ors of Samuel Gilbert late of Brookfield deceased, allowed. 6 Jan 1781: Further account allowed. Widow to retain one third; to Moses Parmelia & Samuel the children of Jesse Gilbert the eldest son a double share with Moses getting a double portion of that; to Eunice Gilbert; to Prudence Gilbert; to Cornelius Gilbert and to Oliver Gilbert.
    22 Mar 1781: Division of land held in common between heirs of Samuel Gilbert and Aron Gilbert both of Brookfield: to Aron his part, then appraised Samuel Gilbert's part and set off to Anne Giblert widow her dower; deceased advanced to Jesse eldest son; advanced to Elias; advanced to Aron; so of remainder set off to heirs of Jesse; Elias and Aron having their full portion; to Unice, Prudence, Cornelius and Olive.

Assent by Aaron Gilbert, Isaac Nickols agent to the hiers of Jessee Gilbert Elias Gilbert Cornelius Gilbert & Prudence Olds, Olive Goulding, Joseph Goulding.
