    8 Oct 1756: Real Estate of Samuel Dexter late of Dedham Clark deced Intestate will not admit of a division without prejudice, settled on Samuel Dexter eldest son, saving the thirds of his mother Catharine Dexter Widow, he paying brothers and sisters, namely Ebenezer Dexter, John Dexter, Catharine Dexter, Rebecca Dexter and Mary Dexter.
