    Will of "Samuel Buck of Killingley ... yeoman Being as I apprehend Jest about to Leave the world", dated 2 Mar 1765, proved 7 May 1765, names wife Rachel; son Daniel Buck [under age]; son David Buck; son Jonathan Buck; daughter Rachel Buck [under 18]. Son Jonathan to be executor.
    7 May 1765: "Sam'll Buck & Rheuben Buck & David Buck all of Killingley", that "on account of what he gave us by Deeds of Settlement in his Lifetime" find they are not named in "the Last Will and Testament of our Hon'rd Father Mr Sam'll Buck Late Des'd", do for 5 shillings paid by "our Brothers viz Jonathan Buck Exec'tor afforenamed and Dan'll Buck named in s'd will both of Killingley" quitclaim all rights in the estate.
