26 Apr 1756: Bond of "Anne Brigham this day admitted administratrix of the Estate of her late husband Samuel Brigham late of Marlborough aforesaid Deceased Intestate".

6 May 1756: "An Inventory of the Estate both Real & Personal of Doct'r Samuell Brigham late of Marlborough in the County of Middlesex Dec'd Intestate" totaled £1672.8.1 less debt presented by administratrix of £92.0.0 when she made oath to inventory 23 May 1757.

9 Oct 1758: "Anna Brigham of Marlborough in the County of Middlesex widow ... nominated and allowed to be Guardian unto Elizabeth Anna Susanna & Samuel all minors under the age of fourteen years Children of Dr Samuel Brigham late of Marlborough..."

21 May 1763: "Know all men by these Presents that we Stephen Maynard of Westborough in the County of Worcester & Anna Maynard (wife of the said Stephen), and Edward Whipple and Nathan Maynard both of the Town & County aforesaid ... stand firmly bound & obliged to Samuel Danforth Esq'r Judge of the Probate of Wills, &c ... upon the Petition of the said Stephen Maynard & Anna his wife (as she is Guardian for the Children of Samuel Brigham Jun'r late of Marlborough Deceas'd) preferr'd to the Great & General Court in June last, the Said Court did authorize & impower them (in their said Capacity) to make sale of the Real Estate of the Said Samuel Brigham Scituate in said Marlborough as mentioned in said Petition..."
