Capt. Stephen Maynard had become bankrupt, fled to Vermont about 1690 and died there 5 years later. Anna (Gott) [(Brigham)] Maynard, d/o Dr. Benjamin Gott and Sarah Breck, now twice widowed, spent the last few years of her life with her daughter Anna (Brigham) Davis in Northboro and died in 1799.
