In the Name of God Amen the twenty third day of July annoqua dominy 1768 I Samuel Brigham Esq'r of moulbrough in the County of Middelsex being advanst in years and Somthing inferm of body but of sound mind and Judment do make and ordain this my Last will & Testament that is to say first of all I give and Recommend my Soul to god who gave it and my Body to the Earth to have a desent and Christian Bural at the discresion of my Executor and as touching my wordly Estate where with it has pleased god to Bless me in this Life after the payments of my Just debts & Funaral Chares by my Executor heare after naimed I do give demise and dispose of the saime in the folloing [sic] manner and form

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my wel-beloved Son Uriah Brigham of the above said town & County all and singular my Lands messuages and Tenements by him and his assines to be freely possessed and forever Inioyed Together with all and Singluar my houshold goods Debts and moveable Effects whatsoever to be by him Likewise freely Enioyed and I do hereby ordain make and Constitute him the aboue said Uriah Brigham my Soul Executor of this my Last will and Testament.

Itim. I give to my beloved son George Brigham besids what I have given him by dead [ie, deed] heretofore ten shillings Lawfull money to be paid at my deses by my Executor

Itim. I give to my beloved dafter Sibbel goddard forty pounds Lawfull money to be paid at my deseas by my Executor.

Itim. I give to my beloved dafter Mary Nichols ten shillings to be paid by my Executor at my deseas

Itim. I give to my beloved grandson Samuel Brigham one Hundred pounds Lawfull money to be paid by my Executor when he shall arive at the aige of twenty one years.

Itim. I give to my beloved grandafters Elizabeth Brigham Anne Brigham Susanah Brigham twenty pounds Lawfull money Each to be paid by my Executor at their maridge or when they shall arive at the age of twenty one years and I do hearby utterly disalow revoke and disannul all former and other Testaments wills and bequests Ratifying this my Last will and Testament in witness where of I have hear unto set my hand and dSeal the day and date above said.
