"Eliza Grimes, in 1830, married Samuel Bacon, a cabinetmake, who died November 5, 1832. Their one daughter Anner, was born November 18, 1832, and in 1852 married David Carroll, of this city. ... Mrs. Bacon remained a widow until her death." [Note: disagrees with date of death reported by Find A Grave, but seems more likely considering birth date of daughter.]
