    Ruth the Daughter of Thomas White & Mary his wife was born ye 17th Day of February 1715.

  3. ↑ Source:The Reed genealogy : descendants of William Reade of Weymouth, Mass., from 1635-1902 says Ruth died at the same time as her daughter-in-law Thankful (Whitmarsh) Reed, killed by a falling tree. Capt. Daniel Reed was visiting Abington and is supposed to have had a premonition of the event. This suggests it took place in Cummington.
