    Says Brainard [Homer W. Brainard, who wrote article in TAG on Wheelers p, 12:17] places Ruth in Family:Thomas Wheeler and Ruth Wood (1), born about 1652 [which would make the birth in Fairfield, CT. This seems reasonable, but there is no proof offered.]
