Ruth E. Milroy was a 1939 magna cum laude graduate of Ohio University. She taught for 20 years in the Huntsville, Rushsylvania and Belle CenterHigh Schools and acted as a supervising teacher for Ohio State Universitystudent teachers. In 1966 and 1970 she served on committees for thewriting of curriculum guides for vocational home economics and consumereducation in Ohio schools.
