    Ruth E Venzie .

    Ruth E. Venzie of Warminster, formerly of Lower Gwynedd Township, died peacefully at Abington Hospital on Saturday, April 8, 2017, surrounded by family and loved ones. She was 84.

    Born in Mount Union, Md., Ruth was the daughter of the late Clarence and Iris Buffington. She was preceded in death by her brother, David Buffington, and sister, Betty Saylor.

    Ruth is survived by her husband of 67 years, Edmond F. Venzie Jr.; daughters, Laura Lee Robinson and Carol A. Merritt; and her son, Alan K. Venzie. Ruth treasured her five grandchildren, Robert A. Robinson, Kristen Merritt, Andrea Stevens, Adam and Andrew Venzie, as well as four great grandchildren.
