    TULLIER , Russell Paul---Died 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 1990, at Field Memorial Hospital in Centreville, Miss. He was 76, a resident of Clinton and a native of Sorrento. He was a retired boilermaker for Local 582. Visiting at Hollabaugh-Spindle Wooddale Memorial Chapel, 8 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by wife, Mrs. Margaret Robins Tullier, Clinton; a daughter, Alice M. Tullier, Clinton; two sons, Vernon Tullier, Baton Rouge, and Walter A. Tullier, Clinton; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie (Edna) Farlow, Prairieville, Mrs. Donald (Olive Rose) Moore, Dutchtown; a half-sister, Mrs. George (Agnes) Tebeau; a brother, Harold P. Tullier, Vidor, Texas; two half-brothers, Joseph and Warren LeBlanc, both of Sorrento; and two grandchildren, Tony D. Tullier, Baton Rouge, and Christopher Tullier, Baker.
