in 1959 Ruby moved in with her sister Imajean McLaughlin in Dunbar, WV. In 196 1 or 1962 she moved with the McLaughlin family to New Jersey. In 1964 she retu rned to Wet Virginia and lived with her mother Mamie. Ruby was slightly hunchb acked due to an accident when she was a child. A stove fell on her and broke h er back. This caused her to not "develop properly"
