(Hill) of Christ Church Parish, Lancaster County to Eppey Hill of the same place. Land in Christ Church Parish on the eastern branch of the Currotoman found on the south by the said river, on the north the lands of William Pitman's heirs being one lot of the lands that John Hill died [owning] of which lot No. 1 was drawn by Lucy P. Hughlett who was Lucy P. Hill, daughter of said John Hill containing by survey 31 acres. Signed by Roston Hughlett (signature) and Lucy P. Hughlett (her mark). Witnessed by George P.
