    Roy E. Frazier, 89 of Kahoka, Missouri died on Monday, April 9, 1990 at Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, Iowa.

    Funeral services were on Wednesday, April 11, at the Shaffer and Sons Memorial Chapel with Reverend Beryl Cragg officiating with burial in the Sand Cemetery, St. Francisville. The music was provided by Dennis Shaffer, guitarist and soloist. The pallbearers were James Frazier, Dennis Frazier, Wayne Guernsey, Ronald Dochterman, Kenneth Hardy, and George Hudson. Memorials may be made to the Clark County Nursing Home or the donors choice. Visitation was on Tuesday with the family greeting friends that evening.

    Mr. Frazier was the son of Harvey and Viola Mae Colvin Frazier and he was born at Eldon, Iowa on March 16, 1901. He was united in marriage to Lula Blanche Cochenour on December 4, 1919 and to this union were born four sons: Albert Frazier; Leroy Frazier; Thomas Frazier; Raymond Frazier; three daughters, Juanita Gray; Viola Philp; and Erma Jean Robertson. He later married Ada LeMaster on July 3, 1952 at Memphis and she preceded him in death on July 26, 1970.

    He is also survived by three step-sons, John LeMaster; Alfred LeMaster; and George LeMaster; two step-daughters, Dora Park; Velva Johnson; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; step grandchildren; step great grandchildren; one half-sister, Ethel Fisch; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one step son, Walter LeMaster and one half-brother, Lewis Lumbeck.

    He was retired from the CB&Q Railroad after 23 years of service and was a member of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Ways Employees.
