20 Aug 1731: Erasaman Drue of Brooklin Yeoman for Love & Good Will & Affection for his Son in Law Samuel White of Brooklin and his help in old age gives the abovesaid Samuel White and Ann his wife and their two Children namely Susannah & Anne a tract of land in Brooklin about 40 acres. Acknowledged 4 Oct 1731.
↑ Note: Source:Hotchkiss, Fanny Winchester. Winchester Notes, p. 10, incorrectly claims he acknowledged a deed on 11 Sep 1735. That deed is Vol. 51, folio 130, the acknowledgement on the reverse. Careful reading shows it was acknowledged 24 Oct 1719. 11 Sep 1735 is the day of recording, an action probably taken by Samuel White to ensure his ownership. Such an activity is not necessarily indicative that Rosamund/Erosaman was alive at the time, and may actually have been precipitated by his death.
