    GOLDEN CITY, Mo. -Rosa Quade, 88, 905 Main St. died at 7:45 a.m. Thursday at a local nursing home after a long illness.

    Mrs. Quade was born Oct. 13, 1906, at Hohenwald, Tennessee. She was a lifetime area resident. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church, Carthage.

    She married Benjamin Quade on Jan. 24, 1928, in Golden City. He died Jan. 4, 1979.

    Survivors include four sons, Arthur Quade, Nevada, Leonard Quade, Springfield, Don Quade Nicholasville, Ky., and Ben Quade, Carthage; a daughter, Alene Scott, Golden City; a brother, Walter Beerly, Hagerman, Idaho; 10 grandchildren; 11 stepgrandchildren; and 18 great- grandchildren.

    Arrangements are pending with Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper.
