Will made January 6, 1753. Will-- Proved 3 June 1754 Exx Remembrance all my lands in Tiverton for life, and then to my daughters Patience, Deliverance, Sarah, Rosanna, and Content, the last having a double share, and to live with son William for life. To second son Caleb, of Tiverton, 5 shillings and a like amount to third son Roger and fourth son Thomas, of Tiverton and fifth son Samuel, of Richmond. To wife Remembrance, all moveable estate. Inventory, 302 pounds, 19 shillings viz: wearing apparel 26 pounds 15 shillings, pewter, feather bed, 2 old wheels, warming pan, cow, calf, etc., bonds 59 pounds, 6 shillings, 6 pence.
