    Plaintiff Rodney Clement. Samuel W. Clement died testate 10 May 1838 giving real estate to wife Elizabeth during life, 3/4 then to son Samuel, 1/4 to Rodney. The son Samuel d. 16 Feb 1846. At this point, heirs are mother Elizabeth, two sisters and plaintiff. Plaintiff stood to inherit 7/16 of land [his own 1/4 plus 1/4 of his brothers 3/4?]. 13 Sep 1846 mother released interest to her daughter Delia D. Clement who m. 1847 Day Wheeler. Injunction against selling timber issued Dec 1849, despite defendants claim such is the only source of income deriving from property to support mother as intended by father's will. Final ruling in 1852 for defendants due to failure of plaintiff to submit necessary documents.
