GALLUP – Services for Robert C. Noe, 82, will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Church of the Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Gallup. Rev. Lynne and Roger Perkins, Co-victars, will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
Viisitation will be from noon to 7:30 p.m. today, Feb. 12 at Rollie Mortuary.
Noe died Feb. 11 in Gallup. He was born July 6, 1925 in San Diego.
After graduating from Gallup High, Noe graduated with an engineering degree from UNM. He was member of 20/30, a life member of Elks BPOE 1330, Department Head of the City of Gallup Electric Department for 30 years. He served on the city council and was active in the Gallup Historical Society. He was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit and a supporter and volunteer of the Little Sisters of the Poor since its opening.
Survivors include his wife Sally of Gallup; sons William Dean "Bill" of Gallup, Tomas C. "Tom" of Albuquerque; daughter Katharine Merry of Belen; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Clark "Pappy" Noe and Katherine "Katie" Winders Noe.
Pallbearers will be Tom Duckett, Thomas Hall, David Lebeck, Perry Null, James Seay and Billy Wyatt.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Church of the Holy Spirit after services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor.
