Judge R. H. LOOFBOURROW, of Beaver, Oklahoma, died at the home of his son, W. H. LOOFBOURROW of Buffalo, Oklahoma, on Thursday of last week. He was buried at Beaver on last Sunday afternoon.
The deceased was one of the pioneer citizens of Beaver County, having been identified with the development of that section of the southwest for the past forty years. He was one of the foremost jurists of the state and has been honored by the people by being elected to fill the office of District Judge of the 19th Judicial District of Oklahoma, and he also served a number of years as a Judge of the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
Judge LOOFBOURROW was well known in this city, having been here on numerous occasions on legal business. He had been in very poor health for the past few years and had just returned a few months ago from California. He is survived by his father and mother of Beaver; his wife and three sons, W. H. of Buffalo; R. B. of Guymon, and Hale, who is a student at the Oklahoma University at Norman.
