DEATH OF BOB DAVIS
Robert Henry Davis, connected with the Fischbeck Soap Company for the past thirty-one years, died at his home in Oakland on May 10th. Mr. Davis, a native of New York City, and 54 years of age, came to Oakland in 1876. He was away from his business only a month, his death coming as a result of heart trouble. A widow and four children survive.
Mr. Davis originated "Kleeno". He was well known throughout the trade and highly respected by all. He was a leading member of the Pacific Coast Commercial Traveler's Association, at one time serving as their president. He also edited the journal for some years. In the death of Mr. Davis the trade has lost a sincere and loyal friend.
