Sept 1698 Upon the motion of the Executors of Robert Chowning deced, it is ordered that John Micham, John Bristow, Richard Allin, RICHARD SHURLEY or any three of them doe appraise the estate of Robert Chowning deced, on the last Thrusday in theis moneth being first sworne by one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for this county and make returne thereof.
