Dalton, Haven't written you in awhile but I did want to touch base with you on a Hopper & Nix. I talked with Walter Hopper this morning who is a son of Delmus Hopper. I asked him who was his mom, she was Etha Painter from Sand Mountain. On the Nix, I wanted to check with you on this particular Nix, Ola Nix who married Doyle Singleton. I don't have a lot of particulars on her but I do remember that Irene Nix Pate told me that she was a first cousin to her. At one time I knew the name of Ola's father but right now I can't recall the name. Ola & Doyle have a son, Rickey D. Singleton who is buried at Wynnville Cemetery, Blount Co. Ala.
