  3. NEHGR, Vol. 154, p. 451, "The Redway/Radway Family of Putney, Vermont" by Eugene Cole Zubrinski, discusses Elizabeth Westcott who m. David Redway, and Martha Westcott who m. Jonathan Redway. In a footnote on p. 452, it says that "Wheeler Westcoat, eldest child of Elizabeth's brother Richard" is living in Quebec in 1825 next to David Redway and David Redway 2d according to the Canadian census. It also presents a list of sources on p. 451, in footnote 51, suggesting that Elizabeth, and by extension, Martha and Richard, are children of Richard Westcott/Westcoat and Rachel Goff of "Rehoboth or adjacent Dighton". Those sources are not explained, and have not been tracked down yet.
