b.Est 1605

Facts and Events
Name[1] Richard Walker
Gender Male
Birth[1] Est 1605 Rough estimate.
Emigration[1] 1635 On the James of London.
Residence[1] 1635 Unknown.

According the Mr. Anderson's sketch of this Richard Walker[1], this man is not (1) the Richard Walker who had appeared at Lynn as early as 1633; or (2) the "Mr. Ric[har]d Walker" who received a grant of land at Salem in 1636. He apparently may have been the Richard Walker who had been granted a houselot at Boston in 1635 and/or the Richard Walker who had married, by 1638, Anne, widow of Robert Houlton. At any rate there are no records in New England for any of these Richard Walkers after April 1638 (for the husband of Anne) or early 1639 (for the Salem man) except for Richard Walker of Lynn.
