Richard Hamlin,² baptized Middleto[w]n, Ct. July 1671; mentioned in his father's will, 1689; and there was bequeathed to him and his brother Giles the lands of their father at Hartford, with his interest in the mills. The records of the Reformed Church N. Y. show the marriage of Richard Hamlin and Mary Fleusburg Aug. 27, 1711. But there is no proof it was this man, and we have not discovered any further trace of him.
