    To wife Comfort Grinnell a comfortable support by my
    executor both in sickness and in health.
    To son Billings Grinnell all my real estate where I now
    dwell with Buildings etc also my negro man Prince, my
    negro woman Sukey.
    To son Richard Grinnell 62 silver dollars and one doxen
    silver coat buttons.
    To son Royal Grinnell 54 silver dollars.
