    RichardB Dole of Rangeworthy, Thornbury parish, co. Gloucester, was born say 1560; he was buried at Rangeworthy on 29 May 1609. His wife was Dorothy -----, who was buried at Rangeworthy on 10 September 1640; she was a daughter of Dorothy Barnard. He served as a churchwarden in the year 1602. In the list of Men and Armour for Gloucestershire in 1608, he is described as "betwene fyfty and three score" and "of a lower stature, fit to serve with a Calyver." … he left will dated 9 April, [torn] year of King James and proved on 12 September 1609.
