children born to each union from Mr. Steven Bullar in England.  He received his
information from the Public Records Office in London.  He stated that some of
the records found in the IGI are very wrong and inaccurate -- note that the
IGI entries are from records submitted by patrons, not extracted records,
hence the errors.
