In 1725 Ralph Maby of Ditcheat acquired another house, 2 orchards and c 2a in Ditcheat in his marriage settlement with Sarah Hoore of Ditcheat (1/3), properties which were mortgaged by his widow and son in 1754 (1/4). Bundle also includes the marriage settlement of Jonas Maby of Ditcheat, yeoman and Mrs Sarah Haine (widow of Joseph Haine of Ditcheat), 1822 (1/5); probate of the will of Jonas Maby, d 1864 (1/6), and Administration of the will of James Bubb of Gloucester, 1832 (cousin of maternal grandmother of J C Maby of Frocester, Gloucestershire) (1/7) References
