↑Source:Hosmer, George L. Hosmer Genealogy, Descendants of James Hosmer Who Emigrated to America in 1635 and Settled in Concord, Mass, p. 26, gives Prudence birth as 1690 with no explanation. This conflicts with the recorded birth of her brother Daniel in 1690/91 somewhat, and pushing her birth forward to 1689 starts to impact her brother Nathaniel born in 1688. As we have no basis for understanding this date, presumably an estimate?, and since there is an obvious gap in sibling births from 1682-1688, it would seem far more likely that her birth was about 1685 or 1686. Since her husband was born in 1680, no age at death is given to help us, and since this only shifts the age at death from 80 to 84, this seems like a reasonable estimate.
