The only evidence for Phoebe Swallow comes from her burial on 7th October 1807, aged 7 months. Quite likely she was the daughter of William Swallow and Sarah Hopkins, who appear to have been the only Swallow family having children in Wheathampstead at that time, and there is a large enough gap between their daughter Hannah in 1804 and son William in 1808.
