Sons Ephraim and Phinehas to be Executors.

10 May 1803: Bond to appeal approval of will by Samuel Phelps of Fitchburg, Abijah Hartwell of Fitchburg, [blank] Flint of [blank] and Molly Flint wife, Alphes Whitny of Westminster and Esther Whitny his wife, Thomas Gibson of Ashburnham and Relief his wife; "the above bounded Phelps Flint, Whitney and Gibson in behalf of their said wives who are children and lawfull heirs to the Estate of Phineas Hartwell late of Fitchburg in s'd County of Worcester Deceased and Abijah Hartwell a son of said Deceased". [Note virtually entire estate to be split between two executors with relatively small legacies to all others, appeal claims so lethargic due to disease that he was unduly influenced, etc.]
