McGOVERN, Phillip James : regimental number 2109812, enlisted in the 13th M.D. Alberta (Calgary) Training Depot, on July 24, 1917. He was single, 33, an Architect, living in Peace River, Alberta. Born in Mara,(Uptergove), July 29th, 1883, a son of Peter McGovern & Rosanna Corrigan. His next-of-kin, was his father, who was living in Waldeck, Saskatchewan. His brother James also served in the CEF.
