Philip L Wright, 82, formerly of 1533 Greenfield Court, died Monday eveni ng at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky.

He was born in Fremont to the now-deceased Clifford and Clara (Upton) Wrig ht. On June 20, 1942, he married Hilda M Neeb in Gibsonburg. Hilda preced ed him March 13, 1997.

Mr. Wright was employed as a machinist at the Ford Motor CO in Sandusky, r etiring in 1983.

Phil served with the U.S Coast Guard during World War II and was a memb er of the VFW and American Legion. He was also a member of Sacred Heart Ca tholic Church.

Surviving are sons Loren P (Sharon) Wright of Toledo, Nelson P (Ann) Wrig ht of Bellevue, Marvin L (Vickey) Wright, Eldon T Wright, Leon A Wright a nd Kevin M (Sandra) Wright, all of Fremont; and 13 grandchildren and 10 gr eat-grandchildren. He is preceded by brothers Joe and Larry Wright, sist er Roberta "Birdie" Pratt and grandchildren Bryan Wright and Dawn Backe

Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Keller-Ochs-Koch Funer al Home.

Mass of Christian Burial: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church w ith Rev. Mark Herzog officiating.

Burial: St. Joseph Cemetery with military services by the Fremont Americ an Legion and VFW.

Memorials: Alzheimer's Unit of the OH Veterans Home, Sandusky.
