Could Philip have been the son of Philip Mohr who was married to Appolonia Lower? There was only one enumerated in the 1860 Federal Census, and he is listed adjacent to Appolonia Lower's brother, Adam Lower! Age given: 44.

There is a Philip Mohr who was born in Ohio in circa 1840, and was enumerated in Noble Township, Wabash County, Indiana in 1860. In 1870 he shows up in Jefferson Township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio. The speculation was that he moved back, and once there married Elizabeth Kieffaber. Data about their children can be found in the "Zion's Kirchenbuch", where most of the Urbana pioneers were members before they migrated again.
