In Lima, Wis., March 19th, 1866, Mrs. Phebe Stillman, aged 80 years. She was the relict of Luke Stillman, who died while on a visit to Alfred, some eight years ago. "Aunt Phebe" was born in East Greenwich, R.I., united with the Seventh-day Baptist Church in Berlin, N.Y.; thence moved her standing to the 1st Alfred Church; but on moving to Wisconsin, neglected to move her church membership. Through life, her piety has been most exemplary. She was a good mother in Israel. For several years, she has had little appreciation of the scenes passing around her. Her soul tarried on earth after its medium of communication with earthly things had become almost inoperative. She lays it aside, and waits God's good time to give her "a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens." D. E. M.
