"...was born between 14 May 1667 and 14 May 1669. The Norton manuscript says in 1668. He died in Wintonbury, the old wester parish of Windsor, now Bloomfield, on 14 May 1756 at age 87 (BCh) or 88 (headstone) and was buried in the Old Cemetery there (CSL Inscr)."
