    Will of "Peter Bent of Marlborough ... yeoman", dated 1 Jul 1801, names Daniel Stevens Junior of said Marlborough; Abigail Brigham wife of Benajah Brigham; Esther Gale; to Anne Heywood & to Peter Heywood of the State of Connecticutt. Daniel Stevens Jr to be executor.
    16 Sep 1801: heirs cited to appear to prove will.
    13 Oct 1801: will proved. Daniel Stevens ju'r yeoman of Marlboro gave bond the same day.
    2 Sep 1802: receipt of Peter Howard.
    18 Sep 1802 at Hawley: "Friend Daniel Stephens. Please to deliver Daniel Stockwel fifty dollars and this shall be your discharge from Anne bent Hayard as Executor on the Estat of Peeter bent Late of Marlberuy[?] desesed. Signed by mark, Anna Stockwel.
    22 Sep 1805 at New Salem: "... the sum of fifty Dollars the same of which was bequeathed to Anna Haward now my wife ..." Daniel Stockwell
