28 Apr 1808: Memorial of James Barrett of Concord that "Peter Barrett late of the same Concord yeoman deceased last dwelt in Concord aforesaid and within one month last past died intestate ... having left a widow and seven children ... widow and all the children who are upwards of twenty one years of age have renounced their right ... and requested your memorialist ..."
